The ThermoSTOP Welding Cap is designed to provide reliable protection during welding and similar industrial processes.
Made from flame-resistant split cowhide leather, it offers excellent resistance to sparks, oils, greases and molten metal splashes.
Its ergonomic design protects the head, neck and nape, guarding against brief contact with open flames, radiant heat from welding arcs and high-intensity molten metal droplets. Kevlar® stitched seams enhance durability and thermal resistance, while the flame-retardant Velcro® front closure ensures a secure and comfortable fit. Side ventilation holes improve comfort during prolonged use.
Certified to EN ISO 13688 and EN ISO 11611 Class 2 (Category II) standards, the ThermoSTOP welding cap is ideal for all welding methods involving high levels of molten metal, while also helping reduce the risk of minor electrical shocks up to 100V DC under normal welding conditions.
