Return policy

Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The products must be in excellent condition and their packaging must not have been damaged.

Must be accompanied by proof of retail sale.

If you had an invoice, you must issue us a return shipping slip.

Your money will be refunded or if you wish you will be issued a credit invoice.

The return / change can be done in 2 ways:

1. Directly to the store upon presentation of the sales document.
2. With the courier that you received your order declaring the recipient's charge. The value for the return and receipt of the new product is …… and you pay it to the courier employee upon receipt of the parcel. The parcel is sent to the address:

The value of the returned goods will be offset against the value of the goods to be replaced. Any additional charges including shipping costs (return and resend) will be paid to the courier staff.

In case of refund for items returned by courier, this will be done by the method of payment of the initial purchase (credit / debit card, paypal or bank account) deducting an amount of € 1.90 for refund costs. For cash on delivery, inform us about the bank, IBAN and your bank account details. Refund within about 10 days.

Isothermal underwear, socks, fire-fighting equipment, filters, chemical / airtight suits, respirators, gas meters, items in sealed packages that have been opened and items that have been treated, e.g. clothing with prints / embroidery, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
